Al Drewry provided the financial report ( see above).

Dwight reported on the banquet. So far 13 signed up. See Patty Irby. No magic show and we will provide our own program speakers to tell flying experiences.

No winners tonight in the draw for splitting the pot.

Mark Edwards again commented on the good time during the Young Eagles fly day on Sept 20th. Dwight had many pictures of the event. Bill Heath determined that he should have been in more of the pictures. Maybe next year ,Bill.

Our program tonight was a presentation by Mike Proshold, who recently purchased an exceptionally nice Thorp T-18. Mike had Rocky Kolberg go to Alabama and fly the plane back. We then went to the hangar to look the T18 over.

Editor's Comments

If you have any ideas or comments, please let me know. I want your feedback. The chapter and the newsletter are only as good as the input and the energy of the members. I want your pictures, your stories, your thoughts. Don't be shy!! If you get an interesting link or something funny via the web, please don't hesitate to share it with me.

I hope to make this newsletter a place our members look to for vital information, a thing prospective members appreciate and are motivated to join, a link our fellow EAA'ers around the country look at to keep in touch.
